COVID-19 Policies

Fort Worth Pediatric Dentistry is committed to maintaining a healthy work and therapeutic environment for our patients, employees and doctor.  In order to protect the health and safety of our patients and staff, the following policies have been implemented.

Only the patient(s) and one parent are permitted to be in the office.

Only one parent of a child(ren) under the age of 5 will be permitted to accompany the patient(s) into the treatment area, however, we prefer for children to go back by themselves. Temperatures will be taken in the treatment area.  

Children over the age of 3 should wear a mask while not in the dental chair.

Please fill out any forms for your appointment using our online system in order to minimize touch contact in the office.  If you are unsure of your login information, please call the office at 817-292-5140 and we will be happy to assist you.  

If the patient or any family member has been exposed, develop symptoms or are awaiting results of a COVID-19 test, we will need to reschedule your appointment.  Please call the office to cancel your appointment.

During the patient’s appointment, the accompany member may choose to wait in our waiting room wearing a mask, in the atrium or in their car.

At the conclusion of the appointment, your child’s visit will be discussed with you.

Fort Worth Pediatric Dentistry cannot supply masks or personal protection equipment to patients or parents.
